Aroma: very light, grain husk, bread dough, a light herbaceous component that is hop-derived
Appearance: gold, brilliantly clear with a persistent white head, decent lacing
Taste: leads with a malt-derived flavour - similar to crackers with a hint of candy sweetness. There’s a balancing hop-bitterness, with no detectable hop flavour.
Mouth-feel: Medium bodied, with a medium-to-medium high carbonation ‘prickly’.
Overall: A balanced approach to a blonde ale neither malt nor hop dominant, designed to be refreshing and thirst-quenching
