    Junction Craft Brewing

    Ontario (Canada)

    24 x 473 ml

Tasting notes: We used 5 malt and five hop varieties from Europe and North America to give Conductor’s a biscuity, toasted, caramel base, and a dry and bitter taste with a light bitter finish. Floral and citrus notes come from our hopback mechanism that infuses the hop aromas into the beer in line from the kettle as the beer goes into the fermenter. Conductor’s Craft Ale is inspired by traditional ales that ‘traveled well’ when life was more about the journey than the destination.

Paring notes: Enjoy with sharp cheeses, grilled meats, Pan-Asian cuisine, spicy foods.

    Henderson Brewing Company

    Ontario (Canada)

    4 x 650 ml

In the Henderson tradition, the Radler is made using only juice rather than with a fruited soda. This provides less dilution and allows the radler to be more beer-y from a body and ABV perspective.

    Tasting notes:

    • Aroma: Tropical fruit, citrus rind, limes
    • Appearance: Deep gold with streaks of orange. Hazy bordering on opaque - looks like fruit juice with quickly dissipating off-white head.Taste: Juicy citrus and tropical fruit notes upfront, with tangerine and lime dominant. Sharp and slightly acidic. Reminiscent of a creamsicle. Some bitterness from the base beer apparent on the finish.
    • Mouthfeel: Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel. Finishes smooth, encouraging another sip.
    • Overall Impression: A juicy citrus and tropical fruit-forward radler.
    • Ingredients: Blonde Ale blended w/ tangerine concentrate, pineapple concentrate, passionfruit concentrate, lime juice, and citric acid
