Members of the iconic Canadian band Rush teamed up with Henderson Brewing Company to create something deliciously Canadian, featuring the Starman from Rush's 2112 album on the label.
This Rye Golden Ale pours a gorgeous old gold colour, with a dense, ivory head. Notes of orange, caramel and black tea accompanied by a piney & citric hop character welcome you at the sip; then followed by a dry spicy, bitter finish reminiscent of white rye bread.

With worldwide albums sales of over 40 million, including 17 platinum and 3 multi-platinum albums in the US and Canada, plus 7 Grammy nominations, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Rush enjoy an enormous worldwide following and are one of the most influential bands in rock. Rush also happen to enjoy delicious beer.
The original Moving Pictures limited-edition beer debuted in the winter of 2021 to coincide with the 40th Anniversary of the band's seminal album, Moving Pictures. Needless to say, that beer was a double sell-out!
After rigorous taste-testing, Moving Pitchers has been Rush approved for a special limited run. The recipe is a Belgian blonde beer with a Pinot Noir wine added to the finish.
Meet the second take on Moving Pitchers:
A strong Pale Ale with Pinot Noir wine aged in maple wood, this ale pours a gorgeous hazy golden blush colour. The taste is complex, with notes of sweet grapes, bubble gum, maple, apple, lychee and fresh dough. Perfect for aging, this magical limited edition ale can age for up to 5 years.
